The overall aim of the BCG Internship Programme is to provide students and recent graduates with practical learning experiences. About:

Bacillus Calmette-Guérin is a vaccine which is used against tuberculosis. Sometimes it can be used as an immunotherapy for bladder cancer patients. This vaccine is made by using a weakened strain of Mycobacterium bovis which causes tuberculosis in cows. It goes through your skin by injecting it hence known for its ability of exciting of the immune system. This is because it has been verified to offer protection from developing Tuberculosis.

Responsibilities:
